I've been lucky in that regard, but I've heard the horror stories.

One shouldn't have to take a day off of work to see a doctor for 20 minutes.

That's a big reason I am so opposed to Single-payer healthcare. I live in a military town and know a LOT of military folks who have to deal with government healthcare, and not a one has anything good to say about it other than it doesn't cost them anything. Other than time, I guess.
